Mẹ biết cách giặt quần áo cho trẻ đúng cách sẽ hạn chế được nhiều tác nhân gây bệnh, nhất là trong thời điểm hệ thống miễn dịch của trẻ còn cực kỳ non nớt. Lưu ý giặt đồ chơ trẻ sơ sinh mới mua về trước khi cho bé mặc
Tất cả các loại quần áo, khăn, mũ, tã của bé, trước khi đến tay người tiêu dùng đã trải qua rất nhiều công đoạn đóng gói, sản xuất. Theo nghiên cứu, làn da của bé mỏng hơn 20% – 30% so với làn da của người trưởng thành. Và rất dễ xảy ra rôm sảy, mẩn ngứa, các bệnh ngoài da, hoặc thậm chí là đường hô hấp khi tiếp xúc với nhiều bụi vải. Vậy nên, mẹ cần đảm bảo quần, áo, khăn phải sạch bụi bẩn trước khi cho bé mặc.
Kiểm tra hướng dẫn trước khi giặt đồ cho trẻ sơ sinh
Mỗi loại quần áo hay từng chất liệu khác nhau, nhà sản xuất đều ghi chú hướng dẫn sử dụng và bảo quản trên áo. Về các thông số như chất liệu vải, chế độ giặt phù hợp, nhiệt độ ủi….Mẹ nên xem kỹ trước khi giặt quần áo cho trẻ.
Nếu không có lưu ý gì đặc biệt, mẹ nên dùng nước ấm có nhiệt độ 30 độ C – 40 độ C để loại sạch vi khuẩn trên quần áo. Mẹ hãy chú ý bước này để bảo quản đồ dùng của con luôn sạch sẽ, gọn gàng như mới nhé.
Phân loại quần áo trước khi đem giặt
Quần áo trẻ sơ sinh cần phân màu sáng – tối, và phân theo nhiệt độ nước giặt trước khi đem giặt. Để tránh quần áo màu tối phai màu bám vào quần áo sáng. Bên cạnh đó, mẹ cần chú ý không giặt chung tã với quần áo khác của con đặc biệt là khăn quàng hoặc mũ để tránh làm bám mùi hôi vào trang phục khác của con.
Giặt tã lót cho trẻ thường xuyên trong ngày
Tã là đồ dùng cần được vệ sinh liên tục cho trẻ. Trong một ngày mẹ nên sắp xếp giặt tã cho trẻ 2 – 3 lần. Và đảm bảo phơi tã khô dưới ánh nắng mặt trời, nơi khô ráo thoáng mát để loại bỏ hết vi khuẩn còn bám trên tã quần của trẻ.
Sử dụng nước xả vải riêng để giặt đồ cho trẻ sơ sinh
Do quần áo của trẻ sơ sinh cần giặt và sử dụng với tần suất nhiều hơn trong một ngày so với người lớn. Như vậy, quần áo của trẻ rất có khả năng khô ráp, sờn vải, không giữ được sự mềm mịn. Hơn nữa, làn da của bé cũng cực kỳ mỏng manh và nhạy cảm. Trên thị trường hiện nay có rất nhiều loại nước xả vải dành riêng cho trẻ sơ sinh có thành phần chiết xuất hoàn toàn tự nhiên, ít sử dụng hương liệu hóa học, hạn chế ảnh hưởng đến làn da của trẻ.
Sử dụng chế độ giặt phù hợp với trang phục trẻ sơ sinh
Một số máy giặt thế hệ mới có tích hợp chế độ giặt cho quần áo trẻ em. Do quần áo của trẻ nhỏ thường được làm từ sợi vải mềm mịn, dễ sờn và hư hỏng nên cần chú ý chế độ giặt dành riêng cho quần áo trẻ sơ sinh.
